Websites and hosting decision
Simvoly
A single developer can recreate a narrow subset (hosted pages + forms + basic email/funnels) over several weeks, but Simvoly’s managed multi‑tenant hosting, video hosting, deliverability and brand scale are durable advantages you will lose by self‑building.

Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. What a replacement has to do
- Provide a minimal self‑hosted replacement that lets an agency create and host branded landing pages/funnels, collect leads via forms, and send basic email campaigns.
What it still won’t have
- White‑label multi‑tenant hosting platform managed by vendor
- Built‑in video hosting and analytics
- Large‑scale email deliverability infrastructure and bundled email tiers
- Prebuilt payment processor integrations and checkout upsell flows
- Out‑of‑the‑box CRM, communities, and appointment operators at scale
What remains hard
- Infrastructure at scale
Simvoly handles hosting, updates, and infrastructure.
- Brand trust

What we assumed
The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a minimal white‑label landing page + funnel hosting product using: React for the editor, Node.js + Express backend, Postgres for data, S3-compatible object storage, nginx for HTTPS hosting, and Amazon SES for email. In scope: (1) a small block/template WYSIWYG editor that saves pages as HTML/CSS, (2) deploy pages to a single VPS and serve by custom domain with Let's Encrypt, (3) URL-based funnel step sequencing and A/B variant routing, (4) form capture storing leads in Postgres with CSV export and contact view, (5) simple email campaign UI sending via SES. Out of scope: video hosting, multi‑tenant white‑label reseller console, payment processor checkout flows, advanced CRM features. Include input validation, error handling for network/storage/email failures, automated tests for editor save/load, form submission, and email send, and deployment scripts (Docker + systemd/nginx).

- Evidence score64
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
