Core features in scope: 1) inline editor with text input, tone selector, and 'Continue' action; 2) backend endpoints that accept text+tone, construct prompts, call an LLM API (configurable provider key), and return continuations; 3) basic account model with one paid seat enforcement; 4) store and apply a single user 'sample tone' for tone-matching; 5) tests for prompt construction, API proxy, and basic UI flows; 6) error handling (API failures, token limit errors) and logging.
