Build a self-hosted minimal Riverside-like service using React (browser recorder + edit UI), Node.js/Express backend, Postgres for metadata, and S3-compatible object storage. Implement: (1) a browser client that records separate local tracks (audio/video) and uploads them; (2) server endpoints to store uploads and metadata; (3) an automatic transcription step using a cloud ASR or an open-source model and store aligned transcripts; (4) a text-based editor UI that maps transcript edits to media time ranges and can export stitched MP4 and WAV; (5) basic audio cleanup (noise gate/denoise) prior to export. Out of scope: live multistreaming to social platforms, enterprise SSO, SOC2/ISO certification, multi-tenant studio management, and editor collaboration. Include error handling for failed uploads/transcodes, retry logic, and unit/integration tests for recorder upload, transcript generation, and export functionality.
