Build a self-hosted minimal translation management system using Next.js (React) frontend, Postgres database, Node.js (Express/Fastify) backend, Redis for realtime presence, and Docker for deployment. In scope: import/export of JSON, XLIFF, PO; project and contributor models; online editor with realtime presence, inline comments, and basic locking; REST API for push/pull; GitHub webhook to import base files; translation memory (exact-match reuse) and a simple QA checker for placeholders/punctuation; authentication (email/password + optional OAuth). Out of scope: enterprise SSO integrations, ISO27001 certification, hosted EU physical infra guarantees, MCP server, and LSP ordering marketplace. Deliverables must include database schema, OpenAPI spec, Docker compose and production deployment docs, unit and integration tests covering parsing, API endpoints, and editor actions, and error handling/logging for imports, exports, and background jobs.
