Build a minimal self-hosted Pixieset replacement using Node.js (Express), PostgreSQL, and AWS S3 + CloudFront. Implement: user auth (email/password), gallery CRUD, photo upload endpoint that stores originals to S3 and generates thumbnails via a background worker (BullMQ or serverless Lambda), public gallery pages with shareable links/password protection, simple storefront with Stripe Checkout and order records, and email notifications via SendGrid. Out of scope: mobile apps, integrated print fulfillment, advanced AI culling/editing. Include error handling, input validation, unit tests for API routes, and deployment scripts (Docker + Terraform) to provision S3, RDS, and a single VPS or ECS service.
