Implement: user auth (email/password), gallery CRUD, photo upload endpoint that stores originals to S3 and generates thumbnails via a background worker (BullMQ or serverless Lambda), public gallery pages with shareable links/password protection, simple storefront with Stripe Checkout and order records, and email notifications via SendGrid.
