Build a cross-platform desktop automatic time tracker using Electron + Node (or Tauri + Rust) with a local encrypted SQLite store. Implement: 1) native foreground-window detection and metadata capture for Windows/macOS/Linux (use node-active-window or platform APIs), 2) a background service that aggregates events into time intervals and allows excluding activities, 3) an editable timeline UI with zoom and click-and-drag time entry creation, 4) project/task mapping and an exporter implementing at least one project software API (e.g., Asana or Jira), and 5) settings for privacy (local-only storage, erase data) and licensing. Out of scope: phone-call tracking, enterprise SSO/SCIM, 100+ integrations, mobile apps. Include error handling, data migration tests, unit tests for core logic, and end-to-end test(s) for timeline->export flow.
