Build a minimal, self-hostable landing-page platform using Next.js (React), Postgres, and S3/Cloudflare CDN. In scope: a template library (5 templates), a simple visual editor for editing text/images (no free-form drag-and-drop), publish to custom domain, form capture stored in Postgres and forwarded to a configurable webhook/SMTP, A/B test support (traffic split and conversion counting), basic analytics dashboard (pageviews & conversions), and automated deploy to CDN. Out of scope: collaborative real-time editing, AI content generation, enterprise SSO, heatmaps, and a full WYSIWYG pixel editor. Include input validation, retryable webhooks, logging, unit tests for core logic, and deployment scripts (Docker + CI).
