Build a minimal media-asset-management web app using: React frontend, Node.js + Express API, Postgres for metadata, S3 for file storage, a worker queue (Bull), OpenSearch for full-text & metadata search, and use Google Cloud Speech/Vision (or equivalent) for AI tags and transcripts. Core features in scope: secure ingest (direct-to-S3 signed uploads), proxy generation and thumbnails, asynchronous AI tagging/transcription, searchable index, web UI with proxy playback and time-based comments, basic RBAC and shareable links. Out of scope: multi-PB scaling, SOC II certification, DRM/forensic watermarking, enterprise SLAs, and dozens of third-party deep integrations. Include error handling, retry logic for workers, basic tests for API and workers, and a Docker Compose dev setup plus docs for production deployment to a single cloud account.
