What a replacement has to do

Build a single‑user web inventory app using React (frontend), Flask (or FastAPI) + PostgreSQL (backend), S3 (or compatible) for images, and Google Cloud Vision (or AWS Rekognition) for optional AI identification. In scope: item CRUD with configurable fields, camera/barcode scanning in the browser, image upload and thumbnailing, CSV import/export (CLZ/CSV), a simple token-based per‑user sync endpoint, and an admin page to view usage. Out of scope: native iOS/macOS apps, App Store in‑app purchases, and a vendor-scale universal item database. Include authentication, input validation, error handling, unit and integration tests, and documented deployment steps (Docker + Terraform for infra).
