Build a minimal self-hosted Guidejar-like service using Node.js (Express) + React for the frontend, PostgreSQL for storage, and Vercel or Render for hosting. In scope: a React-based step editor (add/reorder steps, upload images/screenshots, blur/annotate hotspots), generate TTS via ElevenLabs or OpenAI TTS, publish guides with an embeddable HTML snippet, a small searchable help-center UI, user auth (email + password), basic role-based access, and server-side logging for analytics. Out of scope: browser extension and native desktop recorder, voice cloning, SAML SSO, and multi-workspace enterprise features. Deliver: containerized app, migration scripts, CI tests for API endpoints and core UI flows, error handling for uploads and API failures, and README with deployment steps and cost estimates for hosting and model API usage.
