Core features in scope: article CRUD with categories/tags, public article listing and category pages, subscriber capture and confirmation (double opt-in) and weekly newsletter send job, basic full-text search (Lunr/Algolia), an on-site chatbot endpoint that sends user prompts plus selected article context to OpenAI/Anthropic and returns answers, HTTPS, authentication for admin, and a small ad slot placeholder. Out of scope: classifieds forum implementation, paid membership gating, event booking/payment flows, and large-scale ad sales dashboard. Include error handling, logging, basic unit/integration tests for publish flow, subscriber signup, and chatbot endpoint, and provide deployment scripts and a README with maintenance steps.
