Build a minimal family organizer: React Native (Expo) mobile app + React web companion, Node.js + Express backend, Postgres database, Firebase Authentication, and FCM push notifications. In scope: user sign-up and family/group invites, shared calendar with Google Calendar 2‑way sync (OAuth), CRUD shopping lists & shared to-dos, basic text messaging per family group with push notifications, REST API, migrations, and CI tests. Out of scope: real-time GPS tracking, media upload/storage, meal-planner recipe import, payments, and advanced analytics. Include error handling, input validation, unit tests for backend routes, and an integration test that exercises signup, invite flow, calendar sync, list CRUD, and messaging.
