What a replacement has to do
- Collect telemetry from the user's F1 game via a lightweight desktop app, upload lap telemetry to a backend API, persist meter-by-meter telemetry and session metadata in a time-series/relational store, render per-lap telemetry visualizations and racing-line comparisons in a web UI, and provide simple leaderboard comparisons.

Build a minimal F1 telemetry service using Electron for a cross-platform desktop telemetry client, Node.js + Express backend, and Postgres + TimescaleDB for telemetry storage; React frontend that embeds Grafana panels for time-series visualizations. In scope: desktop client that captures UDP/local telemetry from the F1 game and authenticates/uploads sessions, backend endpoints to accept and validate uploads, DB schema for per-meter telemetry and session metadata, basic React UI to list sessions and show per-lap Grafana visualizations, and a simple leaderboard endpoint. Out of scope: community car-setup marketplace, paid billing integration, advanced AI difficulty calculator, and esports partnerships. Include error handling, input validation, upload retries, automated tests for API endpoints, and deployment scripts (Docker + simple VPS deployment).
