Build a minimal EveryDollar-like budgeting web app using Next.js (React) + Tailwind, Node/Express API, and Postgres. Core features in scope: user signup/signin (NextAuth), create/edit monthly budgets and line-items, CSV transaction import and category-matching, net-worth and milestone calculations, simple responsive UI to view budgets and streaks, and background job to recalc totals. Out of scope: training proprietary ML models and an enterprise-grade bank-connector; instead support CSV import and a configurable Plaid connector flag (optional). Deliverables must include REST API endpoints, DB schema migrations, error handling, unit and integration tests, and a README with local setup and Docker Compose for Postgres.
