Build a minimal subscription audiobook+ebook web app using Next.js (React) frontend, Postgres (Supabase) for metadata and user records, S3 for file storage, CloudFront for streaming, and Stripe for billing. In scope: user signup/login, Stripe subscription integration (one paid tier), admin UI to upload title metadata and media, serve EPUB/PDF via S3, HTML5 audio player with resume/save position, unlock counting per user, and simple reading progress sync. Out of scope: negotiating publisher licenses, DRM, large-scale catalog ingestion, mobile native apps. Include error handling for failed payments/uploads, webhooks tests for Stripe, unit tests for critical backend routes, and deployment scripts (Docker, Terraform or simple Vercel + S3/CloudFront instructions).
