Build a minimal self-hosted Equals-like service using: backend in Python (FastAPI), frontend in React, Postgres for a warehouse, and OpenAI-compatible LLM for Q&A. In scope: connectors to CSV/Stripe/HubSpot/MySQL (polling ETL into Postgres), a calculation layer exposing spreadsheet-style aggregations/materialized views, a REST API that returns computed tables and chart-ready series, a React dashboard with charts and a natural-language Q&A box that translates prompts into SQL queries against the calculation layer and returns numeric answers with provenance. Out of scope: multi-tenant billing, 3rd-party managed Snowflake hosting, enterprise SSO, and SOC2 attestation. Include error handling, input validation, logging, and automated tests for connectors, calc logic, and the Q&A pipeline.
