Data Bloo
A minimal replacement (connectors → normalized store → Data Studio templates) is achievable by a small team, but reproducing Data Bloo's breadth of connectors, polished templates, and bundled AI experience is substantial; keep paying if you need the full suite, otherwise build a narrow self-hosted workflow.

Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. What a replacement has to do
- Pull marketing platform data, normalize and store it, populate a Data Studio report template, and run simple AI queries over the connected data to produce presentations/audits.
What it still won’t have
- The polished template library and design refinements
- Built-in multi-connector account management and unlimited refresh handling
- The bundled 'MCP' AI integrations included without extra billing
- Brand, trust and marketplace presence that eases adoption

What we assumed
The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a lightweight self-hosted Data Bloo replacement using Node.js + Express, Postgres, and Google Sheets/BigQuery as the Data Studio destination. In-scope: OAuth2 connector for Facebook Ads and Google Analytics (fetch account metrics daily), Postgres ingestion and normalization schema, a script to duplicate a Data Studio template and bind it to a Google Sheets destination, a simple web UI to list connected accounts and trigger refreshes, and an API endpoint that formats dataset summaries and forwards them to an LLM (OpenAI/Anthropic) for audits/presentation text. Out of scope: fully styled template library, connectors for >2 platforms, multi-tenant billing, SLA-grade scaling. Include error handling for expired tokens and API failures, background job retries, and unit tests for connector logic and ingestion jobs.

How the score was reached
- Partly verdict base52
- An open-source build was found+5
- 4 cited sources+3
- Price verified on pricing page+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score67
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
