Build a minimal nutrition-tracking web app using React (frontend), Node.js + Express (API), and Postgres (data). Implement: user sign-up/login (email+password), food-search integration (hook to FoodData Central or similar) with a local cache table, endpoints to create/update/delete daily meal entries, a server-side nutrient aggregation engine that computes per-day totals and compares to user targets, and a web dashboard showing calories, macros, and 6 key micronutrients. Out of scope: photo/voice logging, full barcode database import, clinician/pro features, device sync. Include error handling, input validation, and automated tests for API endpoints and nutrient calculations.
