Audio and podcasting decision
ChatDash, LLC
A competent engineer can build a useful, limited replacement (ingest agent events, run workflows, show dashboards, and bill via Stripe) in a few months, but reproducing the polished multi-tenant product, enterprise SLAs, compliance offering (HIPAA/BAA), and brand/market trust that ChatDash sells is costly and operationally heavy—so keeping the paid product makes sense for agencies needing those guarantees.

Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need — the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. Licences differ; check the one on each card before you ship.
What a replacement has to do
- Accept voice agent events, run workflows that act on those events, surface results in a client-branded dashboard, and bill clients for usage via Stripe.
What it still won’t have
- White-label backend at scale and priority enterprise support
- Pre-built workflow solution library and tested industry templates
- HIPAA BAA and certified compliance turnkey offering unless you undergo compliance work
- Polished multi-tenant UX and operations for dozens of clients
- Unlimited workflow transaction guarantees and SLAs
What remains hard
- Brand trust
TRENDING Trusted by 600+ Agencies
- Compliance and regulation
HIPAA compliance and BAA are only available to customers who have purchased and activated the HIPAA Add-On.

Runnable build prompt
Build a multi-tenant SaaS to manage AI voice-agent services using Node.js (NestJS), Postgres, Redis, React, and deploy on Vercel + DigitalOcean. In scope: (1) connectors to external voice-agent APIs (Retell/Vapi/ElevenLabs) to ingest call-started/call-ended events and audio, (2) an event-driven workflow engine that maps agent events to HTTP actions and stores runs, (3) a client-branded dashboard per tenant with conversation logs and basic analytics, (4) Stripe integration for per-client subscription and usage billing (meters and overages), (5) authentication and tenant isolation, logging, and basic observability. Out of scope: building a speech model, telephony carrier management, full white-label email/system-level theming, and enterprise-grade HIPAA attestation. Include input validation, retries for webhook failures, error handling, and unit/integration tests for connectors, workflow execution, billing flows, and authentication.

The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time — so the same evidence always produces the same number.
