Build a minimal self-hosted 'skills' runner with Node.js + Express, PostgreSQL, and Playwright (or Puppeteer). Scope in: REST API to CRUD skill definitions (name, target URL, ordered steps: navigate, fill, click, extract), a background worker that executes a skill via Playwright and returns structured JSON, a simple React web UI to create/test skills, a small CLI that calls the run endpoint and prints JSON, cron-based scheduler and webhook notifications. Scope out: multi-tenant billing, team/collaboration features, advanced anti-bot evasion, commercial support. Include error handling, retries for browser runs, logging, and unit/integration tests.
