Build a minimal Asana-like project management web app using React (frontend), Node.js + Express (API), PostgreSQL (data), and Docker for deployment. In scope: user auth (email signup, invites), org/workspace and project models, task CRUD (assignee, due date, description, comments, status), list and kanban board views, calendar view (calendar library + task dates), basic search, in-app + email notifications, webhooks for integrations, CI tests, and error handling. Out of scope: AI agents, enterprise SSO/SCIM, advanced analytics, mobile native apps, and global scale operations. Provide unit and integration tests, README with deployment steps, and a Dockerfile + docker-compose for local dev and a simple helm/compose guide for a single-region VPS.
