What you give up either way

Polished, battle-tested UI/UX and UX polish for agency workflows
Scale, reliability, and ops (retries, backfills, deliverability at volume)
A/B tested per-platform prompt engineering and model tuning accumulated by vendor
Integrated hosted analytics and historical attribution already wired to each platform
Official MCP connector and bundled onboarding offered by vendor

An open-source project doing the core job proves a replacement is possible. It does not prove it matches Keryo, and it does not prove anyone has run it for a month. How we decide.
