The projects

santifer/career-opsOpen-source AI job search: scan job portals, evaluate listings with a structured A-F rubric into a 1.0-5.0 score, tailor your CV, track applications — runs locally in your AI coding CLIOpen on GitHub

What you give up either way

Polished, production-grade automation and UI polish
Robust, maintained integrations with many job platforms
Automated ATS-ready submission flows (complex, brittle)
Customer support, SLAs and security validations claimed on the site
Scale and reliability of 24/7 bots working across many sources

An open-source project doing the core job proves a replacement is possible. It does not prove it matches DevScout, and it does not prove anyone has run it for a month. How we decide.
